SCHEME OF EXAMINATION
  1. The School has revised the Assessment structure and Examination pattern for all the classes in tune with the directive given by Central Board of Secondary Education.  The School is implementing the uniform system of assessment, examination pattern and the issue of report card for all classes (I to VIII).  The scheme has been designed on Term Assessment basis with gradual increase in the learning assessment as the students move forward.  This initiative would prepare the students to cover the whole syllabus of the academic year and ensure the ‘quality of education’.
  2. The assessment is done through Unit Assessments, Periodic Assessments, Evaluation of Assignments and activities MOY & EOY.
  3. The Grading System in the Scholastic Areas will be as per the following

To encourage healthy competition and to inculcate the striving spirit in the students.  NOVEL SIDHARTH ENGLISH MEDIUM SCHOOL has instituted awards according to the guidelines set by NSEMS.  The school reserves the right to award the prizes on parameters fixed by a panel of eminent educationists.

MORNING ASSEMBLY

In order to inculcate moral values in the students each working days of the school starts with morning assembly.  The assembly begins with school prayer, followed by pledge to the nation Morning news is read, students say thought of the day.  Students recite poems. Short-speech are given by students and Guest on variety of topics such as manners, Hygienic habits, discipline important events of day to day life and great personalities.  The national Anthem marks the end.

  1. The right to affection and intelligent guidance from understanding parents / Guardians and teachers.
  2. The right to receive constructive discipline for proper development of a good character, conduct and habits.
  3. The right to get good adult example.

AN APPEAL TO THE ENLIGHTENED PARENTS / GUARDIANS

For the bright future of your ward you personally take interest in the progress of his/her education.  From your busy schedule give them some time every day.  Pay attention to your ward’s performance or problems with the Principal, Vice Principal, Subject teachers and class teachers.  Try to deposit the fees in time and don’t forget to give application for your ward’s leave.
